- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was left a life insurance policy with Farm Bureau Insurance by my Grandmother. The policy was to cover me, but was owned by my Grandmother. I went into the office with all the court documents to get this changed. I worked with a female there who said all the paperwork had to go to the home office and she would take care of if. I got the first bill and and nothing had changed. I called several times and go no response. I went in and the female was not there so, I talked to a male. He was going to follow up and have the female call me. Nothing happened. I got another bill and no change. I decided to cash in the policy and went to the office and talked with a new male, who said nothing had been done and he couldn't find a file or any trace of my request being processed. He was going to follow up with me and after a week of not hearing anything I called him back and was completely ignored. I called the original female back and she said all the paper work done had not reached the home office and would have to be done over.
